My mission is to make yoga so delightful that you walk to your mat every single day with a smile. The meditations we do aim at empowering the subconscious mind to create a strong foundation for modifications in lifestyle, attitude and balancing priorities in life.

Modern life is so complex, we are all continuously challenged at the various domains of our life be it personal, professional, financial, relationships or even our health. During the private classes we would sit and discuss your concerns within your mind, your physical health, your life challenges and if possible, how you have been dealing with them till now. This will let us make a clear picture about the objectives that we should lay down for working together. We can define the goals and then work on those by tailoring the classes to suit your vision. There is nothing to worry, for few of us this might not be clear from the day 1, but we can keep working together and evolve the process to make your spiritual journey joyful.

Personal life Coaching Classes: This will focus on designing the life of your dreams, giving more time to bring thoughts into action in the right direction and with an optimum pace. This complements really well with yoga as we learn to bring more awareness into the body, we develop the power to introspect, plan and grow. According to your needs, can also tailor these sessions to add yoga in the second half of class.

Strategy Meeting: These include discussion of individual needs, setting right goals, planning, introspection, devising Yard sticks to measure progress, spiritual and emotional support

Yoga classes: These sessions will include Asanas (yogic poses), Pranayama( Breathing Practice) and Meditations. All these classes will be designed to suit your needs.

Breathing: Pranayams help you to reconnect to your own self, build immunity and heal yourself.

Meditations: Unlike the concept of just meditating at a certain time of the day, Merry Mystics helps you develop your own process of maintaining meditative state throughout the day and develop your own personalised mantra. This is of outmost importance because taming our wild mind is the most difficult step in this beautiful yogic journey
